Login then click "My account", Click unsubscribe to log in to your PayPal account. Click the Details of the subscription in question. Click Cancel Subscription.

It does not cost anything to shop on AvailaTrade. You can make unlimited purchases for free.

No. AvailaTrade does not take a commission off any trader's sales.

If a trader stops getting interest from other traders and shoppers, they will stop being charged.

Traders are only asked to renew their membership after their details have been requested at least 50 times.

No. Once an account has been set as inactive, no further charges will be made until the account has been reactivated.

Please note, a deactivated account will not be published until it has been reactivated.

To search for a service, enter your requirements into the search bar at the top of the page and click the Apply button.

In order to trade, you must first create an account and purchase a subscription. Once you have done this, you can list your products or services, adding pictures and text, and posting customer testimonials. When someone finds your profile or product, they can contact you through AvailaTrade's messaging service.

Private sellers and traders can modify pictures and text from the 'ADS' tab in "My account".

Adding keywords to your descriptions is a simple way to improve your discoverability. Another method is to encourage clients to create testimonials by adding a new comments and ratings to the products or services thay have purchased or used. Yes. Every time a trader's details are requested, the trader will receive a message detailing this request. The information provided by AvailaTrade users can be used to market directly to those who have shown interest.

A trader will only be charged for the following year once their details have been requested 50 time. If you stop receiving interest, you will stop being charged.

All account holders can buy unlimited items each month at no charge.

Once you have found a trader that you would like to deal with, here is what you can do:

 

  1. Request the traders contact details using "Contact this Trader:" on the trader homepage.
  2. Contact the trader regarding their product or service using "Contact this Trader:" on the trader homepage.
  3. Discuss trade terms with the trader using "Contact this Trader:" on the trader homepage.
  4. Arrange and agree transfer and payment terms.
  5. Rate the trader and submit any feedback you would like to give using "Add new comment" on the trader homepage.

AvailaTrade does not operate a payment transfer service. We recommend that all trades be made in person or through a reliable, recordable service provider.

To contact a trader, go to the traders homepage and type a message in the box entitled "Contact this Trader:" then click send.

To ensure a trader is legitimate, it is wise to investigate their ratings and feedback. The more positive feedback a trader has, the more likely that they are a genuine, quality dealer.

Furthermore, it is possible with AvailaTrade to talk to other shoppers and traders who have dealt with the trader. This will give you a personal insight into the quality of the trader. This can be done through AvailaTrade's messaging service.

Once you have contacted a trader, they will be sent your contact information.

If you wish to withhold your contact information, where it says "Your email address:" on the traders homepage enter YourName@AvailaTrade and they can still contact you though the AvailaTrade messaging service but not directly.

A trader's feedback represents their reputation. After a trade is made on AvailaTrade, the trader can be rated. Ratings are scored out of 5 and contribute towards the trader's average feedback score.

Additionally, shoppers can give feedback in the form of testimonials and ratings by clicking on "Add new comment" on the traders homepage.

No. You can only rate traders who you have traded with.

Traders will get the opportunity to read and approve feedback before its displayed to the shoppers and AvailaTrade community but this will not affect the ratings, poor rating will still apply until the same customer leaves new feedback with better ratings so you do need to resolve any problems they may have with your product or service.
